Organ Mesa Ranch is a spacious residential subdivision that embraces the gorgeous views of the Organ Mesa Mountains and Las Cruces’s high desert. Located off of Dripping Springs Road and just minutes away from New Mexico State University, Memorial Medical Center and the Interstate, Organ Mesa Ranch offers thoughtfully designed home sites within an open desert setting. Pedestrian access to the desert is a plus with equestrian sites offering additional access.
A 41.4 acre residential subdivision located in between Albuquerque and Santa Fe in Algodones, NM offering views of the Sandia Mountains to the southeast. This 2 phase project provides 0.75 acre sites provide natural views combined with equestrian friendly sites and convenient access to Interstate 25.
The Villas at Menaul is a collection of 200 condominium units nestled in the central of Albuquerque. This gated community features Spanish-style architecture and 6 floor plans with attached garages. Amenities include a swimming pool and recreational facility with a workout center. With a close proximity to downtown Albuquerque, The Villas provide easy access to all the conveniences of urban living, including work centers, fine restaurants, shopping and recreational activities.
Surveying
Santa Fe Indian School was established in 1890 as a federal, off-reservation boarding school. In 2003, a campus replacement project began. Improvements includes new middle/high school buildings, dormitories, student life center, administration and operations buildings. Additionally, outdoor sports and recreation, featuring2 baseball fields, 2 softball fields, football field/track, practice fields as well as bleachers and concessions were also included in the campus replacement. Community Sciences Corporation, under contract with several contractors, was responsible for building layout, utility staking (2500 LF), road grade staking (2500 LF) as well as layout of the football field/track. 2008 services included construction layout staking for the Wellness Center.
